At Designeroptics.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Eyewear
Place the frames in their original designer case and packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and cleaning cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
